Mobile Websites

In January 2003 I posted my small collection of websites optimized for PDA or small screen viewing. Since then I’ve had a steady stream of visitors (recently averaging about 10,000 page views per month) and some great referrals from other sites.

In September 2006, I re-engineered my original bookmark system to utilize del.icio.us as the database. A short Perl script periodically grabs my del.icio.us bookmarks and creates the page content. Now as I discover new mobile websites, I can tag in del.icio.us and they’ll be picked up automatically.

In December 2007, the website list is still going strong and is the number 1 search result on Google for “mobile websites”. Currently I’m in the process of migrating to a new domain (cantoni.mobi).
